The formula

This gel is made without HEMA, the substance 2-Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate, which makes allergic reactions less likely than with a conventional gel. HPMA (2-Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate) is still part of the mix, and HEMA isn't the only allergen out there — so patch test if your skin is sensitive.

Applying it

• Base coat first, top coat last, UV nail lamp in between — all three are needed.
• Keep layers thin for a smooth, even finish.
• Cure each layer 60-90 seconds under UV LED light.

How it wears

Used this way, the color keeps its saturated, high-gloss look for up to 28 days, so it holds up through cooking, typing and the rest of a normal week.
